As An Account Executive, You Will Connect Customer Needs With The Value Proposition That Functionize Brings To Their Business. You Will
- Sell a leading-edge Agentic Test Automation platform to modernize QA
- Engage, educate, and transform the way our customers deliver better quality software to market faster than ever before
- Articulate the value of our platform to C-Level and senior executives in our strategic accounts
- Own your territory, including building and driving the plan to strategically and rapidly develop pipeline
- Navigate complex customer environments and develop value-based ROI proposals
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan and individual account plans
- Drive customer delight
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in CRM
- Be part of a close-knit team, including experienced Solution Engineers, working together to deliver customer outcomes.
- Work in a fast-growing, innovative, and highly motivated company where each individual's contribution to the company's business counts.
Qualifications
- 12+ years software selling experience with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in selling complex solutions into large Enterprise organizations
- Ideally, you have a technical pedigree and are comfortable navigating nomenclature pertaining to software development, web & mobile technologies, and the QA life cycle.
- Experience leveraging MEDDPICC for understanding, movement, and forecasting.
- Experience working with partners and bring existing channel relationships
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- 2+ years of startup experience, preferably in a high-growth environment
- You are willing and have the acumen to acquire the skills and knowledge to become a consultative partner to your customers.
- You know how to navigate different influencers and decision makers across complex sales cycles and engage them based on their motivations and required outcomes.
- You are determined to succeed and will find a way to overachieve your goals with excellence, integrity, and perseverance.
- Proven track record of overachievement in enterprise software sales
