We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping our product vision, understanding market demands, and delivering a roadmap that drives customer success and company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Definition:
- Define and collaborate on the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI-powered test automation platform.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Document market requirements for Engineering intake collaborating with product design and other stakeholders
- Market Analysis & Client Collaboration:
- Conduct thorough market research to inform product decisions and ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Work closely with clients to understand their pain points and translate them into actionable product features and improvements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to prioritize and execute product initiatives.
- Drive cross-departmental alignment to deliver on roadmap goals effectively and efficiently.
- Customer Engagement & Evangelism:
- Act as a key product spokesperson in presentations, webinars, and client meetings, effectively communicating the product roadmap and vision.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Content Creation & Thought Leadership:
- Develop high-quality product-related content, including white papers, blogs, presentations, and case studies, to support marketing and sales efforts.
- Represent Functionize at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to showcase our product innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 10 years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS companies.
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of AI, test automation, and the enterprise software market.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to define product strategies and drive execution across multiple teams.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Extensive experience working with enterprise clients to gather insights and drive adoption.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities to articulate the product vision to customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Content Creation: Expertise in developing compelling product-focused content to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
