Senior Delivery Engagement Manager

Functionize is transforming test automation with AI-driven intelligence, and we need a powerhouse leader to take our Professional Services (SWAT) team to the next level. As Senior Delivery Engagement Manager, you won’t just manage a team—you’ll build a high-impact, fast-moving unit of elite consultants dedicated to ensuring customer success. You’ll own end-to-end service delivery, drive strategic customer engagements, and optimize how we scale our implementation efforts.

This is a leadership role where you’ll work across Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to make sure our customers see real value—fast. You’ll be in the trenches with your team, helping them navigate complex enterprise environments while also setting the strategy for how we deliver next-gen automation solutions.

What You’ll Do

✅ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of expert consultants, ensuring world-class delivery and execution
✅ Own customer engagements from kickoff to success, acting as the primary driver of delivery excellence
✅ Create, refine, and scale Professional Services processes that maximize impact while keeping things agile
✅ Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term customer success
✅ Optimize resource allocation, balancing workloads and prioritizing high-impact initiatives
✅ Act as a trusted advisor to customers, mitigating risks, managing expectations, and ensuring Functionize is embedded in their success
✅ Bring operational efficiency to everything you touch, using data to drive improvements and shape best practices

What You Bring 

🎯 10+ years of experience leading professional services, technical delivery, or consulting teams
🎯 A track record of driving enterprise software implementations with high-value customers
🎯 Experience managing customer relationships at a senior level, aligning stakeholders, and delivering results
🎯 Deep expertise in project and program management methodologies—Agile, Scrum, PMP, ITIL, you name it
🎯 The ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
