What You’ll Do
As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you’ll be launching and maintaining cloud infrastructure and pipelines. You will also be responsible for implementing, documenting and educating our teams on processes and tooling meant to ensure reliability, scalability and observability. You will become the undisputed expert in knowing when our platform is under duress, before our customers do. This is a full-time, remote position requiring the ability to work in North America.

What You Bring
- 7+ years of professional DevOps engineering experience
- Proven ability to implement DevOps principles and best practices, including automation, automated pipeline strategies, and improved observability for applications
- Significant experience with application performance tooling, including tracing, root causing, and proactive monitoring
- Significant experience with infrastructure observability tooling
- Ability to transform engineering team culture, to create ownership of operating resilient services in production
- Previous startup experience
- Strong asynchronous communication skills
- Strong IaC (Terraform) skills

- You have certifications in Kubernetes
- You have experience in cloud cost optimization
- You have experience in secure DevOps practices
